Shipping and Delivery
Providing products you ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders next working day.
Depending on weight and destination, we use Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide to deliver your order. In majority of cases, your delivery should arrive within 3-4 working days. We endeavour to deliver all orders within two weeks at the latest. If there is a particular urgency with your order, please let us know, we will make sure it is dispatched as soon as possible.
We quote an estimate of shipping cost, inclusive of VAT and fuel surcharge where applicable, at the checkout process. Should actual shipping cost be lower or higher than estimate, we either refund you or ask for payment authorisation for the difference before products are dispatched. Should we not be able to obtain such authorisation, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In that case, we will always let you know beforehand.
All products are inspected for damage before they leave our premises. However, in an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the condition of products, please let us know immediately. We will, of course, refund any products that are not in good working order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products to us within 14 days of receipt. Providing they are in their original packaging and in good condition, we will refund the cost of the products.
You can order online through our website. If you are experiencing any problems, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will place the order for you.
We take privacy of our customers very seriously. We will never release the information about you or your order to a third party.
We use PayPal to process payment for your order. Britishbritish Ltd do not get to see any credit or debit card information related to your order.
Import duties and Local taxes
You as a customer are responsible for paying all import duties and local taxes resulting from the order.
